Keitaro postbacks.
Follow every event.

Connect your affiliate network, Keitaro, CRM and traffic source. We trace conversions from the incoming event through matching and onward delivery.

A successful request response does not prove that a conversion matched the intended click or reached your traffic source. We inspect identifiers, statuses and parameters throughout the chain, including incoming and outgoing event logs.

What we configure

  • Incoming S2S postbacks from affiliate networks or CRMs, including subid, conversion status, payout and currency.
  • Outgoing events for traffic sources and supported Meta, Google Ads or TikTok integrations, subject to your tracker version and license.
  • Event and status mapping, macros, required campaign parameters and duplicate-event behavior.
  • A test conversion with documented checks at each accessible stage of the integration.

Problems we investigate

  • Conversions are missing from Keitaro, fail to reach the advertising platform or receive the wrong status.
  • Payouts differ from the affiliate network, click IDs are lost, duplicate events appear or events reach the wrong campaign.

What we need to start

  • The event route, affiliate network or CRM name, and an example timestamp and click identifier for the issue.
  • After assessment, we agree on access and acceptance checks. Third-party API limitations and event availability are considered before implementation.
FAQ

Your questions

Can you check a single postback?

Yes. We start with the specific chain and inspect event receipt, click matching and onward delivery.

Will all reporting numbers match exactly?

We first compare time zones, attribution, statuses and delays. Different accounting methods do not always indicate an integration error.
